Papaya, a leading gaming app company, is seeking a talented and motivated Creative Manager to join our marketing creative team. As the Creative Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the creative direction of our video ads marketing efforts, using your innovative ideas to create engaging campaigns that captivate our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts, including visuals, graphics, and videos, for user acquisition (UA) ad marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, and motion designers to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile app marketing, design, and user experience.
  • Create eye-catching ads to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Conduct regular analysis of marketing performance data and user feedback to optimize and iterate on creative strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • UGC and Influencer Collaboration: Work with UGC (User-Generated Content) agencies and influencers to create authentic, relatable content that amplifies campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 4 years in a creative marketing role, ideally in the gaming industry or advertising agencies, with expertise in creative performance and campaign development.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and successful campaigns.
  • Language and Cultural Skills: Native English speaker (deep understanding of American culture is an advantage)
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in performance marketing concepts with the ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve creative effectiveness.
  • Technical Skills: It is advantageous to be proficient in design and editing tools, such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Copywriting Skills: Experience in crafting compelling and impactful copy for campaigns.
  • UGC and Influencer Marketing: Familiarity with managing UGC agencies and influencer collaborations is an advantage.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of gamer culture, trends, and player behaviors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
