Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to shape our UA's creative strategy using data-driven insights and performance analysis.

The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering creative strategy, planning and managing the UA creative Gantt, and overseeing creative A/B tests for video, static, and playable ads. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a flair for creativity.

He/she can work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Creative Managers, User Acquisition & Retargeting Managers, ASO specialists, and Art Leads.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic marketing plans for our games 
  • Drive creative testing backed up with hypotheses to gain insights, identify opportunities, and apply them to creative strategy
  • Ongoing creative performance monitoring, analyzing, and optimization
  • Day-to-day work with the Creative Strategy Lead to execute the creative strategy, review concepts, and refine ads
  • Work closely with UA and ASO teams to align creative strategy with their tactics, maximizing share of voice and performance
  • Partner with Product Managers to ensure that product features will be reflected in the creative strategy
  • Write compelling briefs, themes, and concepts for video ads and other creative assets
  • Vendor selection and relationship maintaining

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in creative strategy/performance marketing roles within the gaming industry
  • Understanding UA terminology and its different platforms 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working in metrics-based teams
  • Proven experience in market research and competitor analysis
  • Strong understanding of the creative brief-writing process and its impact on campaign success
  • A keen eye for industry trends and their impact on creative strategy
  • Must have excellent judgment and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Native-level English proficiency – both written and verbal
