Papaya, a leading gaming app company, is seeking a talented and motivated Creative Manager to join our marketing creative team. As a Creative Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the creative direction of our video ads marketing efforts, using your innovative ideas to create engaging campaigns that captivate our audience.

The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for creative content. We are looking for a trend seeker, who spends hours and hours consuming content. Social media, pop culture, X threads, Netflix, you name it. A person who knows what people are talking about. Someone with deep knowledge of social media platforms with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills who is well organized and great at multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

  • UGC and Influencer Collaboration: Work with UGC (User-Generated Content) agencies and influencers to create authentic and relatable content that amplifies campaigns.
  • Negotiate rates and contractual terms with agencies and creators.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for paid and organic campaigns. Craft engaging and clear briefs in line with social media trends, seasonal events and pop culture conversations/hot content.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, and motion designers to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile app marketing, design, and user experience.
  • Create eye-catching ads to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Conduct regular analysis of market trends to optimize and iterate creatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time while maintaining a high level of quality.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 4 years in a creative marketing role, ideally in the gaming industry or advertising agencies, with expertise in creative performance and campaign development.
  • UGC and Influencer Marketing: At least 2 years managing UGC agencies and influencer collaborations.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and successful campaigns.
  • Proven experience in the US Market (UK is an advantage) 
  • Language and Cultural Skills: Native English speaker (deep understanding of American, UK culture is an advantage)
  • Deep knowledge of IG and Tik Tok is a must. Experience with the Tik Tok Creator Market place and FB professional features is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of gamer culture, trends, and player behaviors.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in performance marketing concepts with the ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve creative effectiveness.
