We are seeking a senior, hands-on Director to own and elevate our People data and systems infrastructure. This role will lead People Analytics, HRIS, and Compensation & Benefits end-to-end, ensuring reliable data foundations, scalable processes, and actionable insights that support workforce and business decisions.

Operating as a standalone domain owner, you will combine analytical depth with operational discipline partnering closely with HR, Finance, and leadership in a fast-paced, growing startup environment. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with broad organizational visibility.

Responsibilities

People Analytics & Ops

  • Own the People data ecosystem, including data integrity, governance, and a trusted single source of truth.
  • Deliver executive-level insights and lifecycle analytics (hiring, retention, performance, engagement) through KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting cadences for workforce planning and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead benchmarking/survey participation and drive cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.

HRIS & Systems

  • Own HR systems (HiBob, Comeet, integrations/APIs): configuration, automation, and continuous optimization.
  • Design and scale end-to-end HR workflows across core processes (onboarding, mobility, performance, merit cycles), improving system architecture and data flows for efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Own key HRIS transactions and documentation: employee changes (org updates, mobility, terminations) and coordination of required letters/documents with stakeholders.

Total Rewards 

  • Establish Compensation & Benefits frameworks and lead the implementation of the compensation module in the HR system.
  • Lead core compensation cycles (merit, bonuses, promotions) and deliver compensation analyses, benchmarking, and modeling in partnership with Finance.
  • Oversee benefits administration and support workforce cost monitoring.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HRIS and Total Rewards, with 3+ years in a senior IC / Director-level role.
  • Proven ability to build and own People data foundations: KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting cadences, and data governance.
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel / Google Sheets required (BI tools — advantage).
  • Hands-on HRIS ownership (e.g., HiBob or similar): configuration, process automation, and integrations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: experience designing and operating core C&B processes and cycles (Merit, bonuses, promotions, benefits), including benchmarking, analyses and modeling in partnership with Finance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, high attention to detail, and comfort operating as a standalone domain owner in a fast-paced environment.
