Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. As a Fraud Analyst you will use data models to detect existing and potential fraud in Papaya games. You will work closely with the internal teams (RnD, Support, Data) in order to measure the fraud impact and find the right solutions to prevent that.
As the first Fraud Analyst at Papaya you will:
- Lead & initiate the company fraud effort from a data point of view
- On going research of users behavior, find baselines and anomalies
- Develop and implement risk management policies, algorithms, tools and procedures to combat fraud related risks
- Build automations in order to investigate fraud patterns and users complaints
- Create data reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, Product, Legal, Marketing, etc.
- Investigate through data suspected fraudulent activities and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks
- Take part in risk assessments and mitigation plans creation and development
- Create end to end risk/fraud alerts base on data science and trends analysis
- Develop and maintain risk and fraud-related reports for management review
- Monitor transactions and user activity to identify suspicious patterns and trends
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to fraud prevention and detection
