Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We’re looking for a sharp and passionate Analyst to join our top-notch Marketing analytics team. Using your technical and analytical skills, your mission will be to tell the story behind the numbers, leverage our data to propose new ideas that you’ll then see implemented, and guide the Marketing department in their decision-making process.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of all marketing analytics aspects - reporting, KPI tracking and optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze large, complex data sets to solve business questions and lead the Marketing department to an ongoing improvement process.
  • Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams and support them in their day-to-day routine.
  • Provide actionable recommendations and business insights to improve the performance of marketing campaigns. 
  • Present in-depth analysis results and recommendations to the company’s high-level executives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing for Gaming / Mobile apps.
  • B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or an equivalent background.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL with experience querying large, complex data sets.
  • Experience with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of A/B testing, including statistical methods.
  • Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) is an advantage.
