We are looking for a highly analytical and curious Marketing Analyst to join our growing Marketing Department.
In this role, you will work closely with performance marketing, product, and analytics stakeholders to uncover insights behind the data, support decision-making, and continuously improve marketing performance across our game portfolio.
Marketing Performance Analysis
- Analyze user acquisition, retargeting, and monetization performance across channels, campaigns, and creatives.
- Track and evaluate key marketing KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and conversion rates.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers to support campaign optimization and budget allocation.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, cohort behavior, and funnel drop-offs.
- Support A/B testing and experiment analysis to measure impact and improve marketing effectiveness
Business Insights & Decision Support
- Present findings and recommendations to performance managers and other stakeholders in an actionable, clear, and concise manner.
- Support strategic and operational decisions with data-driven insights.

- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Looker).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for marketing stakeholders.
- Work with large datasets to create reliable and scalable reporting solutions.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate closely with marketing managers, product teams, and other analysts.
- Continuously improve analysis methodologies, reporting standards, and measurement frameworks.
- Stay up to date with marketing analytics best practices, tools, and industry trends.
