As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to the CEO—someone who doesn’t just manage a schedule but connects the dots, anticipates needs, and ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

This is not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for someone who is sharp, intuitive, and highly proactive—someone who can think one step ahead, prioritize what truly matters, and help the CEO focus on the big picture. This role is about being a true right-hand partner, not just an executor of tasks.

You’ll be handling a mix of professional and personal responsibilities, acting as a key bridge between the CEO and various teams, external stakeholders, and business partners.

What You’ll Do

• Be the CEO’s trusted partner – helping prioritize tasks, track key projects, and ensure follow-ups happen.  Acting as a bridge between executive leadership, employees, and external stakeholders, being discreet and confidential while handling sensitive information 
• Manage the CEO’s schedule – coordinating meetings, calls, and travel arrangements while ensuring time is used effectively.
• Smooth operation – Working closely with senior leadership, identifying priorities, and ensuring smooth operations while executing with keeping attention to details.  .
• Filter and organize information – helping the CEO focus on the most critical topics while handling or delegating the rest.
• Provide full operational and administrative support – from logistics to personal tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant – an advantage
• Experience in administrative work 
• Fluent in Hebrew & English (spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in Google workspace  and digital tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with a can-do attitude.
