In a tournament-based game company, the tournaments team is central to success. The company's needs and expectations from our team are high and so are our expectations from each other - and you.



Responsibilities


  • Design, plan and implement clean, scalable, performant features by specification and in a timely fashion.
  • Take full ownership of features from conception to production.
  • Collaborate with backend, tech art, QA, art, product managers, data analysts and other feature teams and departments.
  • Constantly strive to optimize and improve the code and the development processes.
  • Maintain existing code, perform code reviews and contribute to the company's Unity knowledge base

Requirements


  • 4+ years of experience working as a Unity Developer.
  • Proficient in Unity and C#
  • Hands on experience with UI, profiling, tool writing.
  • Demonstrated software architecture design skills.
  • Verbal and written communcations skills in both technical and non technical environments, team player and nice person.
  • Experience with version control.

Bonus points for:

  • Passion for playing and making great games.
  • Experience developing in a multi-disciplinary game team and familiarty with non-development pipelines as well.
  • Experience with published, mobile, live service games.
  • Asynchronous API/REST communication.
  • Willing to mentor other engineers and be invested in their growth.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development.
