As our first in-house Talent Acquisition Partner in Poland, you will play a key role in shaping our local hiring strategy and ensuring we attract top talent to support our growing operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates across various roles, including Software Engineers, QA, and more.

Working closely with hiring managers in Poland and the Talent Acquisition team at our HQ in Tel Aviv, you will drive a seamless, high-quality, and engaging recruitment process for both candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

While collaborating with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and HRBP’s, as a TA Partner, you will manage all aspects of talent acquisition such as:

  • Source candidates through various channels, including, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the offer and onboarding process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process to offer acceptance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner / HR Recruiter, for technical roles - A must!
  • Prior experience in full life cycle recruitment - A must!
  • Experience with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Experience with AI and other top-notch tools for HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships with candidates, HR, and hiring teams.
  • Strong execution capabilities, highly organized, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
  • Creative mindset and business orientation thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
